Stayed in this property for 1 night and enjoyed our choice. The place was fairly clean and we loved standard double room. The location in a very quite area was wonderful. The people were proactive, will exceed the expectations.
Had just normal breakfast, it might be better.

Breakfast has plenty of yummy food options to choose from, while the staff is friendly. the room is clean, spaciously-sized with a balcony and a functional bathroom. the kitchenette provides useful facilities like a coffee machine and a fridge. Free wifi and a separate parking area are significant advantages.
The entry system to the room may be complicated , as many comments described.

Large Rooms and Nice Spa
The hotel rooms were very large with comfortable beds, which made our stay enjoyable. The spa area was nice with multiple saunas, offering us an opportunity to relax after a long day. The hotel was located in a quiet area with enough parking spots available, making it easy to move around.
The internet was not reliable, even though we were told it was a new provider. This was quite frustrating as we had come to the hotel to relax but couldn't connect with friends and family back home.

The rooms at Residenz Hotel Am Festspielhaus are absolutely perfect for a bike rider like me. They have spacious and comfy beds where I can rest after a long day of riding. The free Wi-Fi is a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected with my fellow riders. The thoughtful touches like pillow menus and laptop-friendly workspaces make me feel right at home.
Personally, I found the pantry kitchen in the standard single rooms to be a bit small for my liking. However, I understand that others may still find it convenient for their needs.
